FAQ's

  • Why Désir?
Désir’ (desire) is a universal emotion that transcends borders—much like our designs. The name is a nod to the romance of language, not a claim to origin.
  • What does "Rouge Désir" stand for?
To us, it means bold elegance. Rouge (red) symbolizes intensity, sensuality, and rebellion. Désir is the fire beneath it. Together, they represent our vision of intimate wear as a declaration—not a whisper.
  • Is Rouge Désir a French brand?
No, we're proudly multicultural. Our creative team spans Shanghai to Seattle, and while the name is French, our soul is global. We’re inspired by contrasts, not borders.
  • Who is the founder of Rouge Désir?
Rouge Désir is powered by a multicultural team spanning Shanghai to Seattle. By partnering with expert manufacturers in China (where 75% of the world’s lingerie is crafted), we deliver luxury-grade designs at accessible prices—all while maintaining light-speed U.S. shipping through our California-based hub.
  • Who is Rouge Désir for?
Anyone who sees lingerie as self-expression. Whether you're dressing for confidence, romance, or simply yourself—Rouge Désir is made for you.
  • What are your pieces made of?
Each design is crafted from premium, ethically sourced materials. We work closely with trusted manufacturers to ensure comfort meets craft.
  • What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes [S–XL] and are working toward extended sizing. Inclusivity is not a marketing term to us—it’s a promise.
  • Are men allowed to wear Rouge Désir?
Absolutely. We believe desire is not gendered, and neither is beauty. If it makes you feel powerful, it’s yours.
  • Do you retouch your model photos?
We retouch lighting, not bodies. Stretch marks, scars, and skin texture stay—because editing out "flaws" would betray our belief that real desire is imperfect.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but we will. Currently, we ship within the U.S. from our California-based hub. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when we expand!
